The location was convenient. The front desk staff offered benefits without me asking. The bed was quite comfortable.
The minibar was faulty (it charged me for items i didn't consume). Housekeeping did not refill bath dispensers or provide new slippers after cleaning. They charged my card a substantial amount during check-in, and it took almost a month to get the money back.

i found the renovated room to be lovely, particularly the provided l'occitane products in the bathroom. the bed was comfortable and ensured a restful night. i appreciated the christmas decor that added a festive touch. underground parking was convenient.
I noted the shower pressure was somewhat weak. This minor issue did not detract much from the otherwise excellent experience.

the room was well-appointed. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the location was excellent (very central for exploring the area).
the gym's equipment showed some wear. the treadmill screens flickered occasionally. the underground parking had tight spaces for larger vehicles.

The location is certainly convenient to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly. They were helpful to all our needs.
The room service was not up to par. I called for wine glasses and a rude lady said I would need to be charged $5. She then hung up and never returned my call.

The doorman was helpful. The lobby was bright. A small convenience store offered medicine. This was very useful .
